I am selling my business. It has been operating for over 10 years, so I have an excellent customer base.
The workshop is in Popovo, Targovishte region. It has 3 bays: one with a lift and pit, another with a pit, and one hard-standing area. There is plenty of parking. The workshop is rented for 400 euro a month.
It would come with everything included: all tools, special tools for cam belts, compressor, 20-tonne press, and all air tools. You can walk in and start work. The trade accounts would be passed on, with a 30 percent discount off spare parts, delivered, and the suppliers speak English so ordering is very easy. It would also include up to three cars, as I buy, repair and sell cars as well. At present, the sale would include a 2013 Ford Focus and a 2009 Opel Corsa. The work is continuous. I work on an approximately two-week lead time for larger repairs, leaving a bay clear for services and day-to-day work. I never advertise; the work is purely from word of mouth and recommendations.
The average parts bill is around 1,500/3,000 euro a month, so you can see the rent is covered purely by that. The rest is yours. No rates to pay, only 20 euro a month for electricity.
