Beautiful authentic Bulgarian style property from the Revival period, being home to several generations of the same family. Exceptionally well maintained with a garden boasting an abundance of produce. Situated close to the centre of the quiet village of Nadarevo, 18 km from the city of Turgovishte.
The total area is 2,420 m², with two separate houses, two barns, two wells, and a massive stone wall giving complete privacy.

At some point of time, the main house was a museum as a member of the family was a prominent communist leader of a partisan unit during the Partisan Movement in Bulgaria.

A stone path under a beautiful “arch” made of grapevines carefully shaped around a metal structure, leads to the other house with two bedrooms and a third large room used as a dining room and family gatherings.
There is a connection to the municipal electricity and water, one tap inside of the house, and one outside of the main house. There are two external toilets, no bathroom. An open-air shower has been used in summer. Both houses are furnished, many pieces of the furniture have antique value.
In front of the main house spreads 20 m² of vineyard with about 40 roots of grape vine.
The fertile soil provides sustained and consistent yields of high quality. The garden has the following fruit and vegetables:
8 peach trees, one of which is nectarine;
10 plum trees, different types, some suitable for jam, wine, or “rakia” (brandy);
1 quince tree;
1 pear tree;
1 cherry tree;
1 sour cherry tree;
5 apple trees, different types;
Black current either side of the path;
There are strawberries; raspberries; blackberries; Aronia (chokeberries); redcurrant;
melons and watermelons have also been planted;
tomatoes; peppers; green beans; ripe beans; leek; beetroot; cabbage; cauliflower; zucchini; pumpkin; turnip; radishes; okra; potatoes; garlic; onion; carrots.
Cotton, peanut plants, and corn (including popcorn) have also been planted.
The garden is used several times, when the growing season of one plant finishes, another one is planted. There is a variety of flowers, including roses and tulips (about 300 tulip roots).
