The project was made on the instructions of the customer and a visa from the Chief architect of the Community. It is planned to create a resort complex with a swimming pool. The complex consists of two buildings, separated by a compensatory seam - building A and building B, swimming pool for adults and children, Parking – open and closed /under the pool area/. The location of the objects is coordinated with the main approaches – pedestrians and cars, denivelation of the site, sea view, presentation and functions of both buildings, taking into account the customer's task.
Corp.A is located in the northeastern part of the site near the main street - with two entrances: entrance A and entrance B, separated by all floors, with the exception of the first. On the first floor across the front to the street 4-d stores of manufactured goods are expected, each with a separate San.node and the input columns, before which unforeseen outdoor Parking. Entrance A is located in the Eastern part of the building and serves part of the building, foreseen for the residential part – resort apartments.
Entrance B is located in the Western part of the building – with direct access from the Parking lot to the main street. In the Northern and North-Eastern parts offices are foreseen, and in the South – one room on each floor, which can also be used as offices.The connection between the floors in each entrance is independent, with separate stairs and elevators, meaning the number of storeys of the building.
Ground floor: VH.A - 3 apartments, VH.B – two offices + apartment.
Second floor: VH.A – 5 apartments, VH.B – two offices, 1 apartment.
The third , fourth and fifth floors are identical to the second.
Different is the shape and size of some balconies.
In the attic, in the southwestern part, three studios with bathrooms are foreseen , in the Northern (lowest) to the entrance A - warehouses , and in the entrance B – a room with a bathroom for the Manager and a warehouse.

Due to the existing denivelations, the requirements of direct access to the shops and the main levels of both entrances, as well as on the basis of the geological report /giving information about the large embankment in the Northern part of the site/ under the building is foreseen basement. Despite the fact that the customer is not incorporated special function of basement space, according to the project predigen a ramp for vehicular access and the connection with the courtyard and pool. Vertical communications /stairs and elevators/ are conducted to the basement, where the machine rooms are located. Since the area and height of the floors are large, the project foresees English courtyards for natural light and ventilation and for possible future reconstruction.
Block B is decided as a purely residential, with four independent inputs, formalizing the partition, terraced down the site, where there is significant displacement . Each entrance/each section/ consists of two apartments per floor, total -5 floors. All apartments are located so that at least one room had a sea view. In the South-Eastern part of the attic space are foreseen Studio with bathrooms and warehouses in the Northwest. According to the conditions of the site /topography and Geology/ under the building B is also foreseen basement with storerooms, service rooms and warehouses. In the southwestern part, near the passage for the cars of the inhabitants, premises with a bathroom are foreseen - for the curtain and protection. To the South and East of the buildings there is a swimming pool and a Playground near it. They comprehend the Central yard space, provide sunlight, view and comfort for both buildings.
Parking is located on the boundaries of the site and under the grounds near the pool – in the lowest part of the site. There are two types of apartments – one and two bedrooms. In addition to bedrooms, the apartment consists of : entrance hall, bathroom with toilet, living room with kitchen area and dining room on the principle of an open plan, independent terrace or balcony. The two-bedroom apartments have a second toilet. Buildings are massive. Solid performance, reinforced concrete and roofing construction , roofing "Onduline" - on top of the concrete construction is Toscana insulation and sheathing.
